What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your first name, email address, and WhatsApp number. During onboarding, we collect your movement profile — including your limitations, available equipment, and preferred session time. As you use SevenM, we store your daily check-in responses and session history.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver personalized 7-minute sessions, send daily check-in messages via WhatsApp, and improve the service over time. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to your SevenM experience.

What we don't do

We never sell your personal data. We never share your information with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles. Your movement data and check-in responses are yours — they exist only to make your sessions better.

WhatsApp

Sessions and check-ins are delivered via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Message delivery is handled by Meta's infrastructure, and Meta's privacy policy applies to that delivery. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's privacy policy for details on how messages are processed in transit.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. All billing information is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion in case you change your mind. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — just email us.
