SevenM delivers personalized 7-minute movement sessions via WhatsApp. After completing a short onboarding, you receive a daily check-in and a session tailored to your limitations, equipment, and how you feel that day.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SevenM. You must have an active WhatsApp account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

SevenM offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription continues at $12/month and is billed automatically via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time from your account page — no questions asked. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

SevenM is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The sessions and content are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or health concern.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain or tightness, dizziness or fainting, severe shortness of breath, or sharp or sudden pain. SevenM is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from use of the service.

Your account is personal and non-transferable — please don't share it. Don't use the WhatsApp bot to send spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the system in any way. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to SevenM until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via WhatsApp or email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use SevenM after that point means you accept the updated terms.
